What is Hypochlorous Acid (HOCl)?
HOCl is a natural molecule synthesized in the tear glands of all mammals to fight bacteria and viruses. It is potent enough to kill 15 million colibacilli in 1 minute and is found in the oral fluids cats use to clean themselves and their offspring.
Usage and Dosage:
- Wipe away eye discharge and residues around the eyes.
- Wash affected eyes directly with Veturel.
- If necessary, apply Veturel spray to a band/cotton and use.
- Repeat 3-4 times a day until symptoms decrease.
- No rinsing required after use; consult your veterinarian for use on damaged corneas.
